Online Coaching
What does the online coaching package include?
Personalised training plan - This will be tailored to you and will be based on how much time you have available, what equipment you have at your disposal and what your goals are.
Nutrition Plan - This will be a ready made plan that helps you plan your own meals whilst also offering plenty of meal ideas, this will give you the tools to make changes for life and gives you plenty of flexibility in meal planning.
Weekly check-ins - These will be one to one calls at a time that suits you, we will go through what's been going well and perhaps anything you are struggling with. We will make sure that you're on track and happy with how things are progressing.

Online Coaching Process
If you would like to begin online coaching then please E-mail me on ryandennehyfitness@gmail.com or message me on Instagram on RyanDennehyFitness
You will be sent and asked to complete a PAR-Q form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and Terms and conditions form- You will complete this form to make sure you are good to get started on your journey.
Once the PAR-Q form has been completed, I will send you an invoice accurate to whichever course you have chosen.
Once payment has been made I will arrange a call so I can find out more about your goals and other information that will help me create your plan.
I will create your fitness plan which I will send over to you along with your nutrition plan.
We will arrange your first weekly call for the following week.
Any questions regarding fitness or nutrition you have I will be happy to answer Monday-Friday and aim to get back to you ASAP.
