My Story

I was very underweight as I suddenly grew taller in my teenage years and one day I decided to get a personal trainer to become healthier and stronger while working on a major insecurity of mine. This is where I realised my passion for fitness and self improvement, I have tried many things over the years and I have enjoyed the journey, I still do love it after all these years.

Once Covid hit I decided to get some gym equipment to create a makeshift 'Gym' in my shed which proved to me that you can make significant changes with minimal equipment, the consistency is the most important part. It was around this time that fitness just became a part of my life, I enjoy working out every week however I don't let it get in the way of enjoying certain food, drinks etc.

I have never been one to stick to a 'Diet' or train 7 days a week but I have stayed consistent over the years and I have made sure that I live a  balanced lifestyle. I think the results below show that this has worked for me! It is not about having the perfect body but having one that you're happy with and you can maintain without taking all of the things you love out of your life!

Last year I completed a personal training course with the aim to help others live a healthy lifestyle with the right balance, I want people to see that you don't need to look like a fitness influencer to be healthy and you certainly don't need to let it take over your life! Fitness can be a part of your life and your nutrition can be healthier without going to the extreme.

There's a 5 stone weight difference between the first picture and the more recent picture, it's been a huge transformation but there are still changes that I am making. Enjoying the process and being able to look at the changes you have made are the most important part in my opinion. I may not have the perfect physique but I have come a long way and I'm living a healthy and balanced lifestyle which is what I want to help others do.
